For international orders or other cases where tax treatment may differ, the price and applicable charges displayed at checkout will apply.

Payment Timing

For payments made through Shopify Payments, payment is confirmed at the time of order.

For bank transfers, please complete payment within 5 days, including the order date.

Order Validity Period

For bank transfer orders, if payment is not confirmed within 5 days, including the order date, the order may be canceled.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

However, shipment may be delayed due to product verification, identity verification, company holidays, weather conditions, traffic conditions, carrier circumstances, or other unavoidable reasons.

Shipping Methods

Domestic orders are shipped by Yamato Transport or Japan Post.

International orders are shipped by DHL, FedEx, or EMS.

The shipping carrier will be selected by AMICO VINTAGE & ARCHIVE LUXURY. In principle, customers cannot specify the shipping carrier.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer preference are generally not accepted.

If you receive the wrong item, or if the item has significant damage, staining, or defects that were not described on the product page, please contact us within 3 days, including the delivery date.

Return Shipping Fees

If a return is approved due to an error by AMICO VINTAGE & ARCHIVE LUXURY, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If return shipping, reshipping, or related costs arise due to customer preference or reasons attributable to the customer, such costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

For international orders, VAT, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Sales Quantity

The available quantity is displayed on each product page.

As our vintage and pre-owned items are generally one-of-a-kind, items may sell out. If an item is found to be out of stock after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer promptly and issue a refund if payment has already been completed.

We make every effort to describe each item’s condition, included accessories, measurements, scratches, stains, and other relevant details on the product page. Please understand that vintage and pre-owned items may show signs of use, storage, and natural aging.

Measurements are taken manually and may include slight variations.

Special Terms Regarding Returns

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned items, returns, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer preference are generally not accepted.

If the item has significant damage, staining, or defects that were not described on the product page, if the wrong item was delivered, or if there is a major discrepancy in the included accessories, please contact us within 3 days, including the delivery date, with your order number and photos of the relevant area.

We will determine whether a return or refund is applicable after reviewing the item condition, product page description, included accessories, and return condition.

Returns or refunds may not be accepted in the following cases:

• The item is returned without prior contact and approval from us.

• The item has been used, worn, altered, repaired, cleaned, or otherwise handled after delivery.

• Product tags or included accessories are missing.

• The return request is made after the stated deadline.
